This policy explains what personal data ISADIQ YOLA TECH LTD ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our website, our services and our apps and games, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

ISADIQ YOLA TECH LTD is a software company based in Nigeria. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and other applicable laws.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and anything you write in our contact form or in messages to us.
  • Project information: details about your business and requirements that you share so we can quote for and deliver a project.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Paystack. We receive confirmation of your payment, the amount, a transaction reference and your email address. We do not receive or store your full card number, PIN or bank login details.
  • Account and usage data in our products: if you use one of our apps or games, we may collect account details (such as an email address), subscription status, in-app purchase records and basic usage and diagnostic data needed to run and improve the product.
  • Technical data: standard information sent by your browser or device, such as IP address, device type and pages visited.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes.
  • To deliver, maintain and support the services and products you ask for.
  • To process payments, issue receipts and handle refunds.
  • To keep our website, apps and games secure and working properly.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We rely on one or more of these lawful bases: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Payment providers: Paystack, to process payments securely.
  • App stores: Google Play and the Apple App Store, which handle downloads, subscriptions and in-app purchases made through them under their own privacy policies.
  • Service providers: hosting, email, analytics and similar providers that help us operate, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Authorities: where we are required to do so by law or a valid legal request.

Some of these providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected as required by the NDPA.

5. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work and, where enabled, simple analytics that help us understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, although some features may then not work as intended.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after a reasonable period.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to the law, you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete your personal data;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
  • ask for your data in a portable format; and
  • lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults and organisations. Where one of our apps or games may be used by children, we do not knowingly collect personal data from a child without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
